Conference Awards Banquet – $35.00
This year's conference awards banquet is being hosted by the Destination Grille adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express - Mesa Verde. The banquet will feature a hosted cash bar, fajita buffet with vegetarian options and award presentations with a distinguished evening speaker.
Conference One Day Pass – $50.00
One day passes include conference presentations, refreshments and lunch at Crow Canyon on the day selected.
Dinner at Crow Canyon – $20.00
The Dining Hall at Crow Canyon Archaeological Center will be hosting a special dinner for conference participants on October 27, 2016. The event includes a buffet dinner and evening program.
General Admission - Nonmember – $120.00

Mesa Verde National Park Field Trip – $25.00
Join us for a guided trip to Mesa Verde National Park on Saturday October 29, 2016. Transportation will be provided by the Crow Canyon bus from the conference hotel. The trip fee includes admission to the park, guided tours of Balcony House and Sun Temple and lunch in the park. Space on this trip is limited to 40 participants and the fee is not included in the conference-only or all-inclusive registration packages. You must be registered at the conference to participate.

The 2016 conference of the Society for Cultural Astronomy in the American Southwest (SCAAS) is being hosted by the Crow Canyon Archaeological Center at their research campus near Cortez, Colorado USA. This three day conference features traditional paper presentations, discussion forums, poster presentations, field trips and an awards banquet in Cortez, CO. Conference participants will hear about the regional interchange of ideas and culture throughout the Greater Southwest, perspectives of native and indigenous peoples on studies in cultural anthropology and the influence of public architecture and landscape archaeology. Lunches are being provided by Crow Canyon's Dining Hall. Primary lodging for the conference is at the Holiday Inn Express - Mesa Verde in Cortez, CO. Free bus transportation is being provided to registered conference hotel guests with conference registration. Refund Policy: In the event that you must cancel your conference registration, a refund of 80% of your registration fees will be provided if you cancel on or before October 5, 2016. No refunds after October 5, 2016.
